		<description>Guilt (or praise) by Association: I just remembered the name for the rhetorical fallacy of the commercial from Americans for Job Security (AJS). Although it seems as if this advertisement is from a non-profit, non-partisan group (they even tell you so), in fact, they are a group of old Republicans trying to influence American unions. Wow! Why in the world would they want to convince the American voters that Congress is trying to take away our secret ballot?
